Who can play
You must be at least 18 years old to use 4GRAND. You may not use the service where it is prohibited by law.
The service
4GRAND lets you play fantasy pools for tennis Grand Slams. Playing is free: there are no entry fees, no wagering, and no prize money. A host may pay a one-time fee to create a private pool for their group, and everyone invited plays for free. We are not a gambling service, and nothing here is a bet or wager.
Your account
You sign in with your phone number. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your device secure. Provide accurate information and keep it current.
Payments
The one-time fee to create a private pool is processed by our payment provider, Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Prices are shown before you pay.
Fair play and conduct
- Do not cheat, manipulate results, or use the service to harm others.
- Keep pool chat respectful. You are responsible for what you post, and we may remove content or accounts that violate these terms.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape, or reverse engineer the service.
Results and scoring
Standings are based on official tournament results provided by third-party data sources. We work to keep scoring accurate and reflect only completed matches, but we do not guarantee that data is always error-free or available without delay.
Our content
The 4GRAND name, logo, and the site itself belong to us. You may not copy or use them without permission.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 4GRAND is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Because the service is free to play, our total liability to you is limited to any amount you paid us in the past twelve months.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will change the date above when we do, and continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
